Each year, The Clay County Arts League hosts the Summer Sizzle Concert Series every Thursday night in July. These concerts are free to the public and are held at Lineville City Park. Music genres from country rock to gospel and jazz are offered by the league in order to promote the arts in Clay County. Folks bring their chairs and blankets and enjoy supper under the stars from the concession stand. This event helps support the Clay County Art Camp for Kids held each June.
